About Us

A Boston-based entity built on precision.

EAD TRUST II, LLC was organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and maintains its office at One Marina Park Drive, Suite 310, Boston — within the city's Seaport Financial District, home to many of the region's legal and financial service firms. The company was formed to address a specific, often overlooked need: the disciplined administrative work behind every trust and estate, separate from legal drafting or fiduciary custody.

What We Do — and What We Don't

EAD TRUST II, LLC provides administrative, recordkeeping, and coordination support in connection with trust and estate matters. This includes organizing documentation, tracking deadlines and correspondence, and serving as a point of coordination among the attorneys, trustees, and accountants engaged on a matter.

EAD TRUST II, LLC is a Massachusetts limited liability company and is not a state- or federally chartered trust company or bank. We do not take custody of client funds or securities, and we do not act as trustee, executor, or attorney-in-fact. All fiduciary duties, asset custody, and legal execution remain with the licensed professionals formally appointed to a given trust or estate.

How We're Organized

  • Formation

Organized as a Massachusetts limited liability company under M.G.L. Chapter 156C, with a registered office in Boston's Seaport District.

  • Scope of Role

Engaged specifically for administrative, documentary, and coordination support — never for legal advice or asset custody.

  • Engagement Terms

Every client relationship is defined by a written engagement letter specifying scope, fees, and reporting before any work begins.

  • Ongoing Standard

Client and matter records are maintained with the same discretion and accuracy expected of any professional administrative office.

Services

How we support a matter.

Each engagement is scoped in a written letter before work begins. The following are the core administrative service lines EAD TRUST II, LLC provides to individuals, families, and the professionals representing them.

01

Trust & Estate Documentation Support

Organizing, indexing, and maintaining the documentary record of a trust or estate — instruments, amendments, correspondence, and accountings — in a single, accessible file for the trustee, executor, and their counsel.

02

Administrative Coordination

Acting as a communication and scheduling point among the attorney, trustee, accountant, and other professionals engaged on a matter, so deadlines and deliverables are tracked consistently.

03

Records & Correspondence Management

Maintaining organized records of beneficiary correspondence, notice requirements, and distribution schedules to support the trustee's own recordkeeping obligations.

04

Reporting Preparation Support

Assembling underlying documentation and summaries used by the client's accountant or attorney in preparing formal trust accountings and tax filings — prepared and filed by those licensed professionals.
